	Physician Staffing Services
	BFHealthcare provides physicians to healthcare organizations on a contractual basis. Each contract is tailored to the particular needs of each client. Although similarities exist, no two assignments or client settings are identical. Services can be structured for specific shifts needing daily coverage for a year or more; or they can be structured to staff an entire unit or department for specified lengths of time. Whatever the assignment, clients know that they can turn to us and find flexibility, reliability, and quality in the services we render. The array of services we provide clients can be categorized in the following product lines:

		House Physician Services
	·	Our house officer program has been our flagship offering since 1988. Well-qualified physicians from the fields of medicine, surgery, family practice, psychiatry, emergency medicine and geriatrics fill our house officer positions. Their duties often entail acting as troubleshooters with inpatients, handling emergencies until the attending physician arrives. Another typical task would be performing a history and physical on patients being admitted from the emergency department.

		Hospitalist Programs
	·	BFHealthcare understands the needs of today's hospitals and the changes that occurred in the delivery of inpatient care. We provide qualified Board Certified Physicians whose focus is on managing the patient through the acute care environment through quality service and utilization management. We are confident that our physicians will increase quality care and reduce hospital costs.

		Emergency Department Services
	·	Dr. Anthony Dean, a Diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine, has designed our emergency services coverage to meet a broad range of options including Board-Certified Physician staffing, billing, continuous quality assurance, and marketing of emergency services to the community. By working as a partner with client institutions, BFHealthcare increases inpatient admissions while enhancing our client's community image.

		Occupational/Primary Care Services
	·	Our Company has established a solid base of physicians qualified to practice occupational medicine. These physicians are skilled at practicing quality medicine while balancing the employer's need to have the employee return to the workforce as soon as possible. Coverage is flexible and can be provided on a long or short-term basis. Primary care is a sensitive area for physician staffing companys, requiring a variety of physicians who fit well into different settings: suburban clinics, large urban outpatient facilities, or correctional facility infirmaries. Our ongoing recruiting and long-term physician relationships assist us in matching the right physician to the unique requirements of the setting.

		Visiting Physicians, LLP
	·	Dr. Barry Fabius’ specialty in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics prompted BFHealthcare to “take the physician to the patient”. As a large part of the population has aged, getting to and from the physician’s office has become increasingly difficult while the frequency of appointments per patient has increased. Working with various assisted living facilities, property management companies and Medicare programs, BFHealthcare has developed this service in which one of our physicians will round frequently in apartment buildings and personal care facilities. The physician will focus on patients with chronic conditions who need weekly monitoring. This level of care would likely not happen if the patient had to travel to a physician’s office.
